Phil Robertson ‘Church Member’ Sues A&E, Obama over Phil Suspension: ‘We Live In a Christian Nation, Jack!’

Phil Robertson ‘Church Member’ Sues A&E, Obama over Phil Suspension: ‘We Live In a Christian Nation, Jack!’ (Images)

If you thought the discredited and disgraced hatemonger patriarch of the Duck Dynasty hillbillies would be the first to fly off the handle and blame President Obama for his indefinite suspension from the show, you were wrong.
Chris Sevier, a supposed member of Phil's church has put together 91 pages of religious propaganda and law -- and is now suing A&E and...President Obama?!?! As Crazy as it sounds to any rational, thinking individual, Mr. Sevier feels that President Obama is in cahoots with A&E to rob him of his right to irrationally hate those evil homogays™.  The company and the President, according to Sevier, are working together to spread some sort of gay agenda.  "We live in a Christian nation, Jack," Sevier's documents actually state.
Apparently, according to Sevier, a private company choosing to remove Robertson because of his hate speech somehow takes away "Christians'" right to hate and discriminate share their beliefs and spew hate speech witness to others.

We, like TMZ, are unsure what point Sevier is trying to make, but here are some images he will be including  as ACTUAL EXHIBITS in his arguments for the right to openly hate and discriminate--and they are absolutely 'Michele Bachmann' bonkers:

The plaintiff in the suit claims to be a lawyer and has apparently sued pretty much everyone, including Bill O'Reilly, CBS, Facebook, and Apple. He says that if gay marriage is allowed, "citizens in that state should be able to marry their pets." Wishful thinking?
Sevier was arrested in September for stalking a 17 year-old girl after he harassed her for months, showing up at her workplace so much that an employee eventually asked him to leave. Sevier responded with violent threats, saying that he would "rip them apart." Sevier has been charged with aggravated stalking and criminal impersonation after giving a false name during his arrest.
The lawsuit is to be filed today.
