Republican-led group of Congressmen from both political parties sent
President Barack Obama a strong message about his Constitutional role
Thursday,
delivering a letter advising him there's a Constitution that explicitly
demarcates the boundaries separating Congress' war powers and the
President's power to enact what Congress approves.
