Virginia Court Legalizes Marriage for Same-Sex Couples
A federal court has
ruled that same-sex couples will be allowed to marry and that all same-sex couples legally
married elsewhere will have their marriages recognized. However, marriages cannot yet take place,
pending an appeal.
