Dead woman, 92, gets tax bill for 1p: Son attacks 'ludicrous' decision to send letter to collect debt - which said it could be paid in INSTALLMENTS

Elsie Watson from Woodley near Stockport left the one penny debt before she died aged 92. The bill was sent to her son Barry Holland who was told he could pay in installments.
