No injuries reported in shooter investigation at San Diego Navy medical center

Authorities said today that no injuries have been noted in connection with reports of an active shooter at the Naval Medical Center in San Diego.
A K9 unit was searching a building at the hospital where shots were reported, according to John Nylander, a Navy spokesman.
