N.M. county clerk issues hundreds of same-sex marriage licenses
The
clerk for Dona Ana County, N.M., on Friday said his office has issued
almost 900 marriage licenses to same-sex couples since August, when he
decided on his own to start issuing the documentations. The state
Supreme Court in December issued a ruling that brought marriage equality
to the entire state. Las Cruces Sun-News (N.M.)
