Cameron says it 'may be time' to make not reporting child abuse a crime after NSPCC backs law change to prevent cover-ups
The Prime Minister's remarks came after NSPCC chief Peter Wanless
said it should be a crime for someone to keep abuse secret in order to
protect an organisation or an individual's reputation.
