Accusing Israel of breaking their promise, Gaza Health
Ministry spokesman Ashraf Al-Qidra said 15 people were wounded in the
strike on a house in Shati camp, mostly women and children. Today's
temporary break which was scheduled to start at 10am (0700 GMT), but
does not apply to areas where troops are still operating and where they
would respond to any attacks.
