measured by researcher’s observations of the sea creature biting a piece
of Kevlar, a material 20 times stronger than steel used in bullet proof
vests, in half. The white shark is estimated to have an even stronger bite
than the jumbo squid at around 4,000 pounds of bite force; however, the
figure was developed with a computer model and has not been measured in
nature.
