"Mister President Obama,

With all due respect, for your office as well as you person, I as an individual who supports human rights to the fullest as well as defending were and when I can and feel it defending human rights is needed, demanded, I have no other choice then to say that your Presidency has been a failure!

Your presidency failed were it comes to the promises you made when entering the White House, on a personal level you failed the basic international standards of being a human being who defends values and norms, let alone defending and standing up for the American values and norms!

The internationally seriously condemned prison on Cuba, aka Quantanamo Bay, is still open, still innocent people are held there, still there individuals there subjected to treatments that are unlawful, illegal and breaches of the most basic requirements for human treatment!

You as President of the United States of America are responsible for the continuation of the incarceration of innocent individuals, as well as for the treatment that these individuals receive, in and through your name and position as President of the United States of America!

You vowed that the military prison Quantanamo Bay would be closed, that all prisoners would be released.

You failed on your promise! You failed these innocent people, and you failed the values and norms of America!

Mister President, another matter that you have shown serious failure in is the support of the state of Israel!

You mister President are supporting a system that starves people, that kills children who play at beaches, that abuses women, children and that bombs knowingly and on purpose hospitals!

You mister President provide weapons to a system, a state that is oppressing collectively a whole people, you mister President are complicit to every death that is caused by the weapons that are supplied by the United States of America, for every single bomb, shell or bullet that is killing a human being in the occupied territories by the state of Israel, and you mister President are responsible for every child that is injured, maimed and has to live with the most terrible trauma ever possible for a child, namely the death of its parents, its brothers and sisters, killed by a system that functions based on suppression and oppression!

We, the People of America have freed the People in Europe from minds that were horrific, we freed the People in Europe from practices that were said to never ever happen again, that everything should be done to prevent those atrocities ever happening again!

We freed the People of Europe of an ideology that was destroying the human race, that was eliminating people on the basis of their background, their way of thinking, their way of living, an ideology that destroyed generations, that murdered on a scale that was unimaginable till that moment!

In 2015 we, the People of the United States of America are supporting, are delivering weapons to a system that does exactly that what we freed the People of Europe from!

And you mister President Obama, are making us, the People of the United States of America, complicit of the war-crimes committed by the state of Israel!

Through your hand that signs orders and permissions mister President Obama we, the People of the United States of America are held accountable for the deaths in Gaza City, for the maiming and wounding of children in the Palestinian Territories!

You have failed mister President, with all due respect, you have failed the honor of the United States of America, you have failed the Constitution of the United States of America, and you mister President have failed the people who deserve to live and be happy, without being forced to go through degrading gates to get to their work, your administration mister President Obama have breached treaties of and by the United Nations but mainly breached the duty of the President of the United States of America to uphold the law of the Nation, a law that is to be upholded under every circumstance and situation, regardless how much suffering it means for those who are called and chosen to uphold that law!

Mister President, you have failed the community that is part of the American community, the homosexual community!

It is still possible for an employer to fire an individual who is homosexual, it is still possible to remove a tenant from a house that tenant calls home, it is till this moment possible for a hospital possible to deny a homosexual individual who has lived for 30, 40 years wih his or her partner in harmony the right to say a farewell to his or her dying partner!

In 2015 it is still possible in the United States of America that shopkeepers are able to deny services to individuals based on their sexual orientation!

It is still possible that lawmakers are able to create bills, laws that deny a certain group of citizens who pay their taxes, who serve the country honorably, who pay the ultimate price when fighting and dying to defend the values and norms of the USA abroad, the rights that those same lawmakers enjoy, the right to marry, to right to educate children, the right to make wills so their loved ones can have a better life when they are gone, to share love with their partners!

In 2015 it is still possible for whomever to treat homosexual human beings with contempt, with disgust, without being punished for such doing!

You mister President Obama have failed the homosexual people of the United States of America!

You mister President, have failed the People of the United States of America, so do not ask me for help or assisting you!

I mister President do not help failures, I mister President support and assist people who deserve to be fought for, I stand with those who suffer, who are oppressed by systems that are wrong, utterly wrong, and I fight in a legal way and manner the battle of fighting against hypocrisy, bigotry and lies!

Mister President, I pity you, and the Democratic Party, for its failure, and all I can say is that some time in the future the United States of America will regain its honor, its dignity and its glory!
