The mystery of the 'Devil's Bible': Sinister drawing inside 'cursed' medieval manuscript that legend says was drawn by Lucifer himself

Codex Gigas, or Devil's Bible, with colour image of Devil drawn by Lucifer The mysterious manuscript is today housed within the National Library of Sweden in Stockholm and includes a menacing full-page colour image of the Devil. How it was created is still unknown. Legend has it that a monk from the Middle Ages was sentenced to being walled up alive for breaking his monastic vows. He made a pact with the devil to complete the text for him. Extensive handwriting analysis has confirmed that one scribe did compose the entire manuscript
