Uber gets full access for LAX pickups

After months of negotiations and political infighting, drivers for Uber's lowest-cost ride service will be allowed to pick up travelers at LAX starting at 8 a.m. Thursday.  
Airport officials have agreed that passengers can hail rides from UberX and Uber XL on the company's app for curb pickup at the upper departures level.
