The
head of the Sha`ar Hanegev Regional Council told the committee chaired
by MK Yakov Margi that without fortification, many day care centers and
kindergartens in the area will not be able to admit children ahead of
the upcoming school year. MK Haim Jelin said the fortification of
educational institutions will not be possible without the assistance of
government offices, while MK Yehuda Glick argued that ”we must see to it
that no one there will feel anxious and want to leave”
