Melania Trump moves to sue The Daily Mail and Politico

Melania Trump is threatening to sue a number of media outlets, including Politico, The Daily Mail, Inquisitr, Tarpley, Before It’s News, Liberal America, LawNewz, Winning Democrats and Bipartisan Report.
These media outlets alleged that the wife of Republican presidential nominee, Donald Trump, was an escort.
The Daily Mail broke the story in Europe, citing a Slovene magazine that claims that Melania in the 1990s worked for a New York modelling agency that was in fact an escort agency for wealthy clients.
The Trump family lawyer, Charles Harder, issued a legal notice on Tuesday. He is calling on those reporters that produced and reproduced these “false and defamatory statements” to issue a correction or retraction of the story. Inquisitr and Bipartisan Report retracted on Monday; the Daily Mail and Politico have not.
Under British law, the Daily Mail must prove the story is true.
