Police Commission faults LAPD officers in 2 deadly shootings

Los Angeles police commissioners decided today that LAPD
officers violated deadly force rules in two controversial fatal
shootings last year. The decisions involved the killing of a woman armed
with a knife near downtown L.A. and the shooting less than a week later
