Police arrest driver in hit-and-run deaths of three O.C. girls on Halloween

Police
today said they have arrested a 31-year-old man in connection with the
hit-and-run deaths of twin sisters and their friend on Halloween night
in Santa Ana.
The 13-year-old girls were struck in the crosswalk about 6:45 p.m. Friday by a driver "going at a high rate of speed," police said. Lexia and Lexandra Perez and their friend, Andrea Gonzalez, were pronounced dead at the scene.
Jaquinn Bell was arrested outside a motel in Stanton, along with two other adults and two children, Santa Ana police said.
Only Bell is being held in connection with the fatal crash, officials said.
