Video of Montebello officer slamming man's head onto pavement results in criminal charges

A former Montebello police officer was arrested today after being charged with assault in an incident in which authorities said he slammed a man's head into the pavement.
The Oct. 31, 2014, incident involving Mark Ryan, 37, and an alleged tagger was captured on video by a restaurant security camera.
