President Barak Obama posted an executive order yesterday which appears to mandate HIV testing for "all individuals ages 15 to 65 years." The HIV Care Continuum Initiative claims responsibility for recent successes in the study of HIV but says "further Federal action is appropriate in response to these new developments."
