Self-Aggrandizing Lunatic Ted Nugent Takes Credit for Piers Morgan’s Cancelled Show

Self-Aggrandizing Lunatic Ted Nugent Takes Credit for Piers Morgan’s Cancelled Show (Video)

Ted Nugent, the motor city lunatic, decided to stop pouting and appeared on CNN's Out Front with Erin Burnett Monday evening, taking advantage of the opportunity to further display his megalomaniac personality by claiming responsibility for the cancellation of Piers Morgan's show on the network.
This is blatantly false of course-- the network and Morgan have been discussing the fate of his show for some time due to low ratings and Morgan's desire to leave behind the nightly show in favor of fewer appearances during which he would do more in-depth interviews.  He has not been fired and will continue to work for CNN but in a different capacity than he has since he began his nightly show three years ago.
While attempting to deflect questions about the sincerity of his apology for calling President Obama a "sub-human mongrel" he showed more clearly than ever that he was not sincere in his non-apology going as far as to demand that Burnett play a tape of The View in which the President said that, "the interesting thing about the African-American experience in this country is that we are sort of a mongrel people.  I mean we're all kinds of mixed up, and now that's actually true for white America as well."
Those remarks in no way equate to the derogatory remarks that Nugent made about the President.  Not only is the context different but the words are different.
Nugent demonstrated that he has no intention of admitting to being the racist that he obviously is claiming that he never called the President a chimpanzee and that even if he had it would not be racist since he claims that he has called all of his friends and band mates chimpanzees at one time or another.
When Burnett notes that an extensive search for the use of the term in the way he used it turned up only one incidence of it in this country and that was in the application for membership in the Aryan Nation, Nugent was dismissive of her findings insisting that it is a term commonly used in reference to undesirables by those who would fight to keep our neighborhoods clean and crime free.
“We call bad people who are destroying our neighborhoods mongrels,” he said, adding, “I don’t have a racist bone in my body!”
“For anyone to claim that I’m a racist or it had racist overtones," he went on, "is the typical crap that the propaganda ministry and the media — particularly most of your co-workers there, even though I got Piers Morgan’s a** thrown out, and I’ll do the same with Don Lemon and Wolf Blitzer when I can."
“Do me a favor, don’t talk about my colleagues that way,” Burnett replied. “I respect them both greatly.”
“They don’t deserve respect, but you go ahead,” Nugent said.
Nor do you Ted.  Watch the segment in the video below.
