London stockbroker who saved hundreds of children from the Nazis is to be given highest honour in the Czech Republic
Sir Nicholas Winton, who celebrated his 105th birthday last week,
organised the transport of 669 children – mostly Jewish – from
Nazi-occupied Czechoslovakia.
