Nazi salute ISN’T a crime if you’re using it as a personal statement, rules Swiss court after man makes oath to country then shouts 'Heil Hitler'

Controversial: Hitler gives the Nazi salute in 1934. A court in Switzerland has ruled that the gesture is not illegal if intended as a personal statement
The ruling by the Lausanne-based court said the gesture is only illegal if someone is using it to try to spread racist ideology to others.
