Notorious gangster arrested on suspicion of raping a man just two weeks after his big wheel protest stunt brought Manchester city centre to standstill

Police said a 49-year-old man - understood to be gangster Domenyk Noonan - was arrested yesterday in Manchester city centre and remains in custody.
