Justice Department To Sue Ferguson After City Rejects Reform Deal

WASHINGTON -- Justice Department officials said Wednesday the government would sue the city of Ferguson, Missouri, after officials there rejected a negotiated deal that would have set the St. Louis suburb on a path towards reforming its police department.
