Former Orange County court clerk is accused of fixing hundreds of cases for bribes

A dozen men have been charged in a massive bribery scheme allegedly run by an Orange County court clerk who is accused of forging records in hundreds of cases to get drunk drivers and other violators off with little or no punishment, officials said today.
