Victoria Collier, Truthout: Claims
of election rigging in the US are typically disparaged for lack of
proof. But the nation has a history of vote manipulation and the current
paperless electronic systems are especially conducive to undetectable
insider fraud. It's time we established iron-clad systems for election
oversight.
