Last week, LGBT rights
organization Vykhod (Coming Out) won an appeal against a ruling by the
magistrates’ court that imposed a hefty fine on the NGO after naming it a
“foreign agent,” but said it would temporarily cease all public activities due
to continued pressure on the organization.
