London surgeons help 'children of Agent Orange'

The Vietnam War ended nearly 40 years ago, but the casualties continue as birth defects plague the country.
There are claims that thousands of children continue to be born with horrific facial deformities due to the 20 million gallons of Agent Orange chemical sprayed by the United States.
The Vietnamese call the disfigured youngsters 'the children of Agent Orange'.
Da Nang in central Vietnam is thought to have the highest level of congenital deformity in the world.
Inside Out's Mark Jordan joins a team of top London plastic surgeons on their unpaid mission to help these children through the charity Facing the World.
Inside Out is broadcast on Monday, 9 September at 19:30 BST on BBC One London and nationwide on the iPlayer for seven days thereafter.

COMMENT:

Just listened on the news that the Secretary of State (USA) mister Kerry announced that a message should be send to Hezbollah, Iran and Assad that the use of chemical weapons would violate a almost 100 year old treaty and that also a message that use of a chemical weapon would be punished and be intolerable.....

My message to mister Kerry is:
How mister Kerry shall we, the World, start punishing you, for the use of amongst others the chemical weapon Agent Orange?
By obliterating the USA?
By boycotting the USA?
By putting sanctions on the USA?
By excluding the USA from international bodies like the United Nations, the International Olympic Committee?
By cutting out the USA of for instance NATO?

Or simply by exposing the hypocrisy of the USA, by people like you mister Kerry (who btw has the age to be fully aware of the use of this most foul chemical weapon)?

Personally I prefer to do all of the above.........
BUT... perhaps it is better to do none of the above, so the world will be able to remind the USA of its history!
While the World will be seeing the idiocy of the USA, the foulness of the USA, and especially the World will remember the abuse, the suffering, and the pain the USA has caused millions of innocent people in and during the Vietnam war!
