FCC approves new Internet traffic rules
[JURIST] The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) [official website] adopted [press release] new Internet traffic rules on Wednesday

former rules requiring broadband providers to employ nondiscriminatory
practices in the treatment of Internet content. This former practice is
