UN rights chief alarmed over Iraq violence

Central African Republic president requests ICC investigation

ICC confirms charges against former Ivory Coast president

Report: West African governments should decriminalize drug use

Louisiana governor signs abortion restrictions into law

UK appeals court allows partial secrecy in terrorism trial

Italy high court to review law on transgender marriage rights
