Uruguay
is at the forefront of marijuana reform right now. Whereas some
countries have quit enforcing marijuana prohibition, but technically
still have it on the books as being illegal, Uruguay has officially

have to feel some sympathy for Josh Marquis. By all accounts, he’s a
decent man and a good district attorney for Clatsop County. But,
unfortunately for him, he’s emerged as the leading voice for law

Governor Terry McAuliffe (D) is the most recent Governor to come out
and endorse medical marijuana. More and more politicians are getting on
the marijuana reform bandwagon everyday. Whether they actually believe
