Obama immigration plan offers deportation relief for up to 5 million

President Obama today invited as many as 5 million immigrants
and international visitors to live and work in the U.S. legally, a
controversial, unilateral demonstration of his power that signaled a new
phase of activism for the remainder of his presidency.During a live, televised address, Obama set in motion a government program that, starting next year, will begin to evaluate applicants and enroll those eligible in a program that protects them from deportation.
