California lawmakers on Tuesday sent Gov. Jerry Brown a bill to end the statute of limitations for prosecuting rape and other felony sex crimes in the state.The bill was introduced by state Sen. Connie Leyva (D-Chino) in the wake of allegations from women who said they were raped by comedian Bill Cosby and were unable to see those crimes prosecuted because the statutes of limitations had expired.
