Tenant complaining to council about addicts now sued for putting up warning signs

Concerned tenant complained to her council about addicts leaving dirty needles and BLOOD on stairway walls. They were too busy to help... but found the time to come after HER when she put up warning signs

Drug complaint Ann Hodges (top) photographed discarded needles, abandoned drug paraphernalia and blood-splattered walls (bottom pictures) at Denaby Court in Hull, East Riding. She then stuck the evidence up in the entrance hall of the building's foyer. However, the 62-year-old has been forced to remove the photographs by Hull City Council.
