To Those Who Say Scientists Can’t Experience Joy And Ecstasy, I Say WATCH THIS! (Video)

Ken Ham is not amused.
In yet another blow to creationists everywhere, scientists have, for the very first time, found direct evidence of expansion of the universe.
The research team used a special telescope
located at the south pole to make the discovery. Chao-Lin Kuo, an
assistant professor at Stanford University and part of the research
team, gave the news to an unsuspecting Andrei Linde, the physicist that
spent his life working on his theory of cosmic inflation.
When Andrei and his wife, Renata Kallosh, open the door, they are all smiles when they see their friend and the camera. Chao-Lin calmly states, “So I have a surprise for you. It's 5 sigma, at point 2.”
“Discovery,” Renata gasps as their faces turn to shock.
She
then embraces Chao-Lin as her husband, still in shock, asks for a
repeat of what he thinks he just heard. You can see the joy and
disbelief on their faces at hearing confirmation of one's life work on
what was, until that moment, a theory.
For
the sake of clarification, and objectivity, it should be pointed out
that the confirmation of cosmic inflation theory does not technically
prove the big bang theory. Cosmic inflation is what the big bang theory
says happened immediately after the BANG: the universe started to
expand, and is continuing to do so.
This
discovery, of course, will not quiet creationists, it just adds to the
stack of evidence against them. Some of them claim that scientists can't
find true joy and happiness in their work the way they do in their
relationship with God. If it wasn't before, it's obvious now that they
don't know many scientists.
