EPA expands VW emissions-cheating case

The Environmental Protection Agency said today it has issued a second notice of violation of the Clean Air Act to Volkswagen, expanding the list of vehicles affected by the company’s global emissions-test scandal.
The additional vehicles cited include diesel versions of the 2014 VW Touareg, the 2015 Porsche Cayenne and several 2016 Audi models.
