Police sergeant is sacked for kicking a handcuffed man in the face twice while he was being restrained
The second blow that struck Daniel Rogan was so hard that a Pc who
witnessed it thought it had 'broken his neck'. Sergeant Mark Cooley was
sacked by a West Midlands Police misconduct panel.
