ISIS Beheads Alleged Russian Spy

ISIS claims to have beheaded an alleged Russian spy. In a video released by the militant group Wednesday, titled “You Shall Be Disappointed and Humiliated O Russians,” an unidentified captor  speaks in Russian before cutting the unnamed prisoner’s throat. If the captive’s reported nationality is correct, it would be the first video ISIS has released of an execution of a Russian captive.
