Tyrannical Gun-Grabbing Liberal Toby Keith Says NO GUNS in His Restaurant! (Video)

Just
like warm keg beer out of a red solo cup, this story may be hard to
swallow. Toby Keith’s "I Love This Bar and Grill" restaurant, appears to
be a redneck haven where a man should be able to bring his guns and his
bible, get drunk, and preach freely about things he doesn’t have too
much knowledge on, like the meaning of socialism and our Kenyan-born
President. But apparently, it seems as though Toby Keith is just another gun-grabbing liberal.
According to FoxDC:
Virginia happens to be a gun-friendly state, where it’s quite permissible for citizens to strap on a weapon and go into a bar or restaurant, as long as the weapon is clearly visible. State law is silent on the issue of drinking while openly carrying a gun. State law does prohibit most citizens who are legally carrying a concealed weapon from consuming alcohol, but they, too, are allowed to go into a bar or restaurant. The owners have the right to say "no" to firearms, and that's the rule at Keith's Woodbridge restaurant.
Needless to say, people are p-oed! And they took to the street, or rather Facebook, to show their anger and stand up for their 2nd ‘mendment rights!
Facebook has erupted over the issue, with one patron saying she’s “disappointed” and believes the no guns policy announces to criminals that “anyone leaving your establishment is likely completely defenseless and easy pickin’s for a robbery.” That poster said she will not patronize the new Toby Keith restaurant. Another person wrote on the restaurant’s Facebook page: the no guns policy is “sad” and it creates a “more dangerous environment.”
Although
the country singer has been stealing the soul of what once was
considered a good genre of music for years, it does seem a bit odd that
Toby Keith would want his patrons to get robbed, doesn't it? Perhaps he
forgot he was the man that said he would stick a boot up Osama bin
Laden’s ass.
As if denying the American public their “right” to get publicly drunk while carrying guns wasn’t enough, Toby was proud to admit he was a Democrat and show his support for President Obama.
“So I thought it was beautiful the other day when Obama went to Afghanistan and got educated about Afghanistan and Iraq. He came back and said some really nice things…So as far as leadership and patriotism goes, I think it’s really important that those things have to take place. And I think he’s the best Democratic candidate we’ve had since Bill Clinton. And that’s coming from a Democrat.”
::Sigh:: Now that they’ve lost Toby Keith, I guess it looks like these right-wingers will have to start a new petition to get Ted Nugent to open up a family friendly, gun-toting restaurant. “Kill and Grill” has a nice ring to it.
