North Carolina clergy members challenge same-sex marriage ban
[JURIST] The United Church of Christ (UCC) [church website] on Monday filed a lawsuit [complaint, PDF; materials] challenging North Carolina's same-sex marriage ban on the grounds that it restricts freedom of religion.
