ISIS Mastermind: ‘Islam Is Coming’

The man who orchestrated as many as 15 suicide bombings on behalf of ISIS in Baghdad told The Guardian that his attacks left as many as 100 people dead, and that he would pray with bombers before their attacks. Ibrahim Ammar Ali al-Khazali, also known as Abu Abdullah, had been the group’s “emir of Baghdad,” and said even attacks that killed primarily women and children didn’t trouble him for more than a day. “Islam is coming,” he said, when asked about a message to the West. “What the Islamic State has achieved in the past year cannot be undone. The caliphate is a reality.”
