Federal court upholds 'net neutrality' rules for Internet access

A federal appeals court today upheld tough new regulations for
online traffic -- a major victory for President Obama and blow to
telecommunications companies, which challenged the "net neutrality"
rules.The ruling by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit upheld the controversial rules approved by the Federal Communications Commission last year on a partisan 3-2 vote.
