Where Are the Gay Judges?

Mike Ludwig, Truthout: Judges making decisions impacting the lives of LGBTQ people in the United States are mostly white and straight, which amplifies the system's biases. Research shows anti-LGBTQ rulings are most common in states where judges are chosen in partisan elections influenced by ideology and outside campaign spending.
