Funeral Held for Jamie Hubley, Gay Bullycide Victim in Ottawa

Last weekend, a gay high school student in Ottawa took his life after
the toll of bullying became too much to bear. The funeral was held
this week, and one reporter covered it with great sensitivity.

The first link contains two reports, the lower one before the funeral
and the upper one afterward. The reporter makes an awesome comment at
about 1:40 into the lower report, and another just at the end of the
upper one. The second link contains an interview with the father, a
member of Ottawa's city council.

There is hope that this tragedy will raise awareness of the effects of bullying.
