California Senate votes to suspend three members

The California Senate voted today to suspend three Democrats who face possible prison time.Sen. Leland Yee of San Francisco was arrested Wednesday, accused of arranging an illegal arms deal and accepting donations for political favors.
Sen. Roderick Wright of Inglewood, convicted of voter fraud, and Sen. Ron Calderon of Montebllo, charged with bribery, have already taken leaves of absence.
All three lawmakers were suspended with pay.
