Stop standing on the toilet! Lloyds Bank issues instructions to its foreign staff on how to use British loos

How to spend a penny: Lloyds Bank has put up posters telling foreign staff how to use British-style loos
A poster has gone up in the bank's Old Broad Street branch in central London telling workers how to sit on the loo, to put used loo roll down the toilet, and to flush it with their hand not their foot. The high street bank is just the latest British business to accommodate the different toilet habits of foreign workers - last week it emerged that managers at a DHL distribution depot in Swindon had installed a European-style 'hole in the ground' toilet after workers from eastern Europe kept breaking the loo seat by standing on it.
