(PIC)– Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh has honored the Palestinian
refugee Eqbal Asa’d a Palestinian refugee for being the youngest doctor
in the world.The Prime Minister’s office confirmed that Haniyeh called Asa’d, 20, and congratulated her for her excellence.
The Guinness World Records set her as a world record for the youngest medicine student in the world and the youngest doctor in the world.
Eqbal Asa’d, 20, a Palestinian refugee who lives in a Palestinian refugee camp in Lebanon, enrolled at Weil Cornell Medical Collage in Qatar when she was just 14. At age of 20, she got the bachelor degree in medicine with honors.
