Moderate cleric Hassan Rouhani wins Iran's presidential election

With results from 72 percent of the precincts in, Hassan Rouhani, a moderate Shiite cleric known as one of Iran's leading foreign policy experts, has won the presidential election, Interior Minister Mostafa Mohammad-Najjar announced.
