Kameny’s home is added to National Register of Historic Places
The Washington, D.C., home of Frank Kameny, an early LGBT rights activist who died recently, has been added to the National Park Service’s Register of Historic Places. The house was a meeting place of one of the country’s first LGBT rights organizations, the Mattachine Society. Towleroad (11/2)
