Michigan bill permits bullying, critics say
A Michigan anti-bullying bill recently passed by the state's Senate would be ineffective in certain instances, according to opponents of the bill. Democrats in the state Senate refused to vote in favor of the measure, saying language protecting students' moral and religious beliefs could be used to justify bullying. The Detroit News (11/3)
