Ammon Bundy, the leader of the armed protesters occupying a federal
building in Oregon, once took out $530,000 federal loan. Bundy said Tuesday,
“I am not anti-government,” adding that taking out a large loan from
the Small Business Administration isn’t related to the philosophy
guiding his protest. Ammon and Ryan Bundy are the sons of Nevada rancher
and anti-Bureau of Land Management protester Cliven Bundy. The younger
Bundy put the money toward his company, Valet Fleet Service, which
performs truck maintenance in Arizona. |
